Helpful Info

Each pendant has been finished with a protective sealant. However, as with any artwork, you should avoid getting it wet. Additionally, please do not store your jewelry in the sunlight, as fading could occur.

It is highly recommended that you store your piece in a location that will help to prevent dust and dirt accumulating on the piece. If you find that your pendant has gotten dusty, or dirt has gathered, use a tiny paintbrush to dust around the 3D items in the pendant.

None of the jewelry should be chewed on or swallowed. There are very small parts that make up each piece, so it is not recommended for anyone under 14 years of age due to a possible choking hazard. Additionally, take extra care to place your jewelry in a safe place, out of the reach of infants and toddlers.

All metal components in the jewelry are lead free.

Because each piece is individually hand made, there are no carbon copies. They will be as closely replicated as possible, as far as color and pattern. However, there may be very slight variations that make each piece an original.

Your jewelry will be shipped out within two business days, unless otherwise specified. Please do not count weekends or holidays. There may be occasions when the item is not immediately ready to ship. An example of this may be if you request more than the number that is available. However, we will certainly ship it out as soon as possible, and will let you know when it is shipped.  Shipping to the USA is a flat rate fee of $3.95.  For countries outside of the USA the shipping is a flat rate of $6.95.

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, or have found it to be defective in some way, please return the item to us within 30 days of having received it. The pendant cost will either be refunded to your method of payment once we receive the item, or we will gladly send you a replacement.
